14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your Pro Auditor subscription within 14 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Contact us at the email info@digikerma.com with the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Annual renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal to prevent future renewals. We do not pro-rate refunds for annual renewals beyond the 14-day window, so we recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will resolve any genuine billing issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
