1. About this service
aiprompt.fyi ("the Service") is an independent reference tool that estimates token counts, cost and value-for-money across major foundation AI models. The Service is operated by Balico, LLC ("we", "us", "the seller"), trading as aiprompt.fyi. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Pro Auditor subscription
The Pro Auditor tier is sold as an annual subscription at $99 USD per year. It unlocks unlimited daily audits, downloadable PDF audit reports, and AI-generated industry-specific prompt refinements. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, billing, tax collection and invoicing. Your bank statement may show "Paddle.net* aiprompt.fyi". For payment, billing, cancellation and refund mechanics, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe the security of the Service; (d) transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content; or (e) submit prompts containing unlawful, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of any output, and for ensuring you have the rights to any input content. Outputs from generative AI may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, source code, design, branding, documentation, and underlying heuristics and pricing data, is owned by Balico, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose under your active plan. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the Service. We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs, or terminate access in response to rights-holder complaints or repeated infringement.
6. No warranty on cost estimates
Token counts and costs are heuristic estimates intended for comparison only. Actual costs charged by AI providers may differ. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk; (d) violations of the Acceptable Use clause; or (e) if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to cure.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
